What do social and cultural leaders learn when they work together?

Beautiful Change explores learning in the context of cultural/social partnerships. I am deeply curious about the knowledge that emerges at the intersection of different disciplines. So I grabbed the opportunity to talk to leaders from the cultural and social sector about the partnerships they are involved in and what they are learning about each other, themselves and the people with whom they work.
